On Saturday, September 30, 2017, between 09:00 and 12:00 Mountain Time (UTC-07:00), dr2dr will be unavailable, but only so we can bring you amazing new improvements!
What improvements, you ask? Great Question!
Download Multiple Attachments at Once
Not every conversation will have just one file attached. And for the conversations that have multiple attachments, clicking on the download button beside each attachment is, well, all little bit too much. So, we’re adding the ability to download multiple attachments at once:
To download multiple attachments, click the little more options button beside the print button in the conversation, then click download attachments
The download attachments window will open, allowing you to select the attachments to download:
How awesome is that?!
Auto Saving Conversation Drafts
After this update, new conversations you’ve started but have not sent yet will now be automatically saved as a draft. After 60 seconds, you’ll see a notification indicating that the draft is saved:
Drafts are saved in the “Drafts” filter in your mailbox panel on the left.
Additional Conversation Sorting Options
New conversation sorting functions will organize conversations based on acknowledgement requests waiting for a response by you or the recipient
Additional Improvements
We’ve added a section for additional notes in a clinic’s public profile. Notes added here will show up when users view the clinic’s profile in the address book.
Emojis can now be added to a new conversation, not just existing ones.
We’ve updated colors and buttons to give a more uniform look everywhere in dr2dr.
If you have any questions about this update, do not hesitate to contact us at support@dr2dr.ca.
